In the aftermath of the pandemic, levels of workplace loneliness are record high. This causes a decrease in worker efficiency as well as an increase in worker turnover.
We want to increase social interactivity by using an app that encourages social matching. Apart from that, we want to use the data from the app to give HR managers the results of a social network analysis in their organization. This would allow for better communication from HR and better integration in the workplace.
